Please see our shipping and delivery timetable below. Our shipping partners are USPS and DHL Express. If you need to order by rush, select rush processing on check-out. We will providing a tracking number for all orders so you can expect when the order will arrive.

Saigon Threads's Exchange Policy
SaigonThreads gives you the possibility to exchange our handmade products if it's defective or incorrect sizing within 7 days of delivery of the item. But using our size chart with the allowance will guarantee you a perfect fit for you. For custom measurements no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Process of exchange:
- Email us at chao@saigonthreads.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can confirm the right size for you.
- You need to send us back the item and send the confirmation to our email.
Cancellations
Are allowed within 48 hours of order confirmation or receipt online.
